Pastoral Care

Your spiritual, emotional and physical well-being is paramount importance to us. If you are ill, anticipating surgery, bereaved or experiencing difficulty in your life, our clergy are always on call to respond and offer assistance, kept in strict confidence. For pastoral emergencies please call Deacon Gail at 908-309-4881.

The Lay Eucharistic Visitors

The Lay Eucharistic Visitors represent the Church beyond its walls and are a reminder that the sick and infirm are an integral part of the community, which is the body of Christ. Lay Eucharistic Visitors carry pre-consecrated Holy Communion to hospitalized parishioners and those who are permanently homebound as well as those who are temporarily incapacitated due to surgery or illness. If you or someone you know is sick or in the hospital please contact the church office.

Prayer at Trinity

Our Prayer Team provides individual prayer at the Saturday evening and Sunday services with those who have personal prayer concerns.

Our Parish Prayer List is printed in the weekly insert. Names remain on the list for 4 weeks and may be re-added as needed. If you have a concern that you would like to be lifted up in prayer, please contact Wendy Jaghab, list coordinator at Prayer@TrinityNJ.com.

The Shawl and Baptismal Blanket Ministry

The Shawl and Baptismal Blanket Ministry provides shawls created with love and prayers by parishioners for those in need of comfort, prayer and healing among our parish family, friends, and community. The Baptismal blankets are given to babies baptized at Trinity.

Notes of Care and Sympathy

Requests for notes of care and sympathy are listed each week in the church bulletin and members of the church bulletin and members of the congregation are asked to drop a card or note of care to those listed.

Bereavement Care

Offers bereavement support and periodic bereavement groups for those who have lost loved ones or friends. For bereavement support please contact Deacon Gail at deacongail@trinitynj.com or 908-309-4881.
